very central location and great hotel itself. very easy to get from brussels south airport, just 0.5 miles. silent and bright rooms, particularly good bathroom.

Truly enjoyed central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. The view from our room was amazing. Very kind and nice staff was available all the time. This location was marvellous and handy, not far from centre of the town as well as the train station, restaurants, shops. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Leffe, that offered tea and coffee...

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were not so friendly.

My favorite property in Charleroi. Location close to many restaurants, the center of the " lowerpart " Charleroi which has been renovated in recent years, and the train station, shops, and restaurants. - EXCELLENT for visiting Charleroi-South railway.

The food was high quality and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip. I really enjoyed staying in this lovely welcoming place. - the location was good - ease of access to Rive Gauche. - the area was nice, really close to a shopping center, cinema with films in the original version, and a variety of bars and restaurants.

The room was beautiful, located in a very central area, and the staff was friendly and responsive.
